17.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Informal Resolution (Required First Step):

  2. Describe the issue and resolution sought
  3. We will respond within 10 business days
  4. We will attempt to resolve informally through negotiation

Formal Dispute Resolution (If Needed):

  • If informal negotiation fails, the dispute may proceed to:
    • Mediation (optional, mutually agreed)
    • Binding Arbitration or Litigation in Johnson County, Kansas

Your Rights:
